About the Project
The EQA (External Quality Assessment) application is used by quality assurance organisations to evaluate laboratories from an external perspective. The system supports the management of contracts and orders between service providers and laboratories, while also offering a user-friendly interface through which laboratories can submit their measurement data. External Quality Assessment refers to a methodology that enables laboratory test results to be compared against an independent external reference. This process helps ensure that laboratories maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in their testing procedures. The software is built on modern web technologies and is used by all laboratories participating in the validation process. QualiCont acts as the designated control organisation for Hungarian medical laboratories, overseeing the consistent application of quality standards nationwide. Our services include maintaining and updating system components and the underlying infrastructure, handling incoming support requests, developing new functionality and enhancing existing modules based on evolving needs, and providing ongoing technical support for the web application.
